Responsibilities
- Create scientific texts and papers in the field of controlling according to individual project specifications
- Process topics such as cost and performance accounting, investment appraisal, budgeting, corporate planning, key figure systems, reporting, and risk controlling
- Conduct structured research and evaluation of scientific literature and relevant sources
- Develop comprehensible outlines and coherent lines of argument
- Perform and clearly present quantitative analyses
- Adhere to scientific standards regarding citation, formatting, and writing style
- Complete projects on time
- Coordinate regularly with project managers on requirements and project progress
Requirements
- Completed university degree, ideally in Controlling, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field
- In-depth specialist knowledge in controlling
- Experience in academic writing or ghostwriting
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in handling scientific sources and citation styles
- Reliable, structured, and independent way of working
- Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
