✈️ Your Role: Make Every Journey Smoother As a German-speaking Flight Ambassador , you'll help make every passenger's experience as seamless and comfortable as possible.
You'll:
- Respond to customers, travel agencies and corporate partners through multiple channels
- Enter customer information into internal systems to issue tickets and update records
- Explain travel rules and procedures to passengers before boarding
- Process refunds for lost or damaged tickets and reservation issues
- Explain applicable ticket fees and taxes
You'll be part of the team behind the journey, helping passengers get where they need to go while representing one of the world's leading airlines.

Requirements 🔎 What We're Looking For
- Fluent German and good English communication skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working with computer systems and detailed information
- Organised, accurate and solution-oriented
- Professional and confident when communicating with customers
