Join our client’s team as a German-speaking Customer Support Agent and become part of an international customer service team supporting one of the world’s leading global brands.
What You’ll Do
- Support customers and assist them with their questions and requests
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service
- Understand customer needs and find the best possible solutions
- Follow internal processes and guidelines when handling customer requests
- Make sure customers receive a positive experience throughout their interaction
- Work closely with your team and share information and feedback
- Take part in training to continuously improve your knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements
What You’ll Need
- Fluency in German and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-focused and helpful attitude
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- A positive attitude and a calm approach when dealing with customers
No previous Customer Support experience is required! Full training will be provided to help you get started and feel confident in your role.
