En Grand Hyatt estamos en búsqueda de Gerente de Seguridad, para asegurar la integridad física de las personas, la protección del patrimonio del hotel y el cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos, legales y de seguridad, mediante una gestión preventiva de riesgos, liderazgo efectivo del personal de seguridad y una respuesta oportuna ante incidentes y contingencias, según los estándares de Hyatt.
Experiencia y aptitudes deseadas
Perfil
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en la posición.Licenciatura en Administración o carrera afín.Conocimiento en manejo de conflictos y sentido de urgencia.Proactividad y honestidad.Conocimiento en estándares de calidad, auditorias Cristal.Conocimiento, elaboración y coordinación del programa interno de Protección Civil, manual de huracanes, seguridad patrimonial.
