What You Will Do
- Coordinate day-to-day execution across labeling, review, and QA queues
- Track throughput, backlog, and training data quality metrics; escalate risks early
- Support annotation guidelines compliance and manage clarifications with stakeholders
- Assist with prompt evaluation and LLM evaluation task coordination
- Help manage content safety labeling workflows and edge-case triage
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and workflow documentation for repeatable delivery
- Collaborate with teams working on NLP (NER) and computer vision annotation
Required Qualifications
- Experience coordinating operations or delivery in distributed/remote teams
- Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize across multiple workstreams
- Strong written communication for SOPs, guidelines, and QA feedback loops
- Familiarity with QA evaluation, audit sampling, and error categorization
- Comfort working with structured datasets, spreadsheets, and task management tools
Work Environment This is a Remote, full-time role aligned to Mid-Senior expectations, collaborating with globally distributed teams supporting AI labs, tech startups, and annotation vendors.
