This administrative role supports mechanical designers at a major electronic components manufacturer, handling document creation, data compilation, and progress tracking. Responsibilities
- Create request forms
- Compile request data (no complex functions required)
- Follow up on progress status
- Support mechanical designers with administrative tasks

Requirements
- Some administrative experience
- Word/PPT: Ability to create and edit documents using formats
- Excel: Ability to perform simple data compilation and schedule management (no advanced functions)

Important Details
- Schedule: 8:30 to 17:30 / 8 hours actual work (60-minute break)
- Break time: 40-minute lunch break (12:00), 10-minute short breaks (10:00, 15:00)
- Overtime: Generally none
- Employment period: Long-term (3 months or more)
- Probation period: 14 days
- Start date: November (initial 2 months, then 2-3 months thereafter); start date is negotiable
- Holidays: 2 days off per week / generally Saturdays and Sundays, but Saturdays may be working days if there is a public holiday (according to company calendar)
- Team: Male-dominated office within a large factory
