General Manager
Location: Nothing Bundt Cakes (Training will take place in Levittown prior to new bakery opening)

As a General Manager, you will lead all aspects of bakery operations, inspire and develop a high-performing team, drive business results, and ensure every guest enjoys the quality, service, and experience that define our brand.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee all day-to-day bakery operations
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a strong, engaged team
- Create and maintain a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction
- Drive sales growth and profitability by achieving bakery performance goals
- Manage labor, scheduling, payroll, food costs, and operating expenses
- Ensure exceptional guest service and effectively resolve customer concerns
- Maintain high standards for product quality, food safety, sanitation, and brand compliance
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Analyze business metrics and implement action plans to improve operational performance
- Partner with ownership and leadership to execute business strategies and achieve organizational objectives
- Support community engagement and local marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, bakery, hospitality, or food service operations
- Proven leadership experience with responsibility for hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
- Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and operating costs
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building strong teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and operational systems
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as business needs require
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
