A well-established Marriott-branded hotel near Houston Texas is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all hotel operations
- Foster a culture focused on exceptional guest service and associate engagement
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall hotel performance
- Recruit, develop, coach, and retain top talent
- Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and operational excellence
- Analyze business performance and implement strategies to improve results
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, safety, and service
- Build strong relationships with guests, associates, ownership, and business partners
Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience in a select-service or limited-service hotel required
- Marriott brand experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success improving guest satisfaction, financial performance, and operational results
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and revenue optimization
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Proven ability to build a positive, accountable, and guest-focused culture
