General Manager

About This Role

Leading a Domino's store efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering a supportive environment for team members are the core responsibilities of this General Manager position. The role suits a leader with proven restaurant management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and drive results, including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance, and punctuality
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members
• Manage food safety and team member safety
• Provide best-in-class customer service
• Increase sales and profit potential

Requirements

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
• Customer service experience
• Valid driver's license
• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
