As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and customer service are met while fostering a positive work environment for our team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food preparation.
- Hire, train, mentor, and supervise staff across all shifts, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining food safety standards.
- Adhere to all Little Caesars policies and procedures
Experience
- Proven leadership experience in a restaurant management role, QSR industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry.
- Experience managing shifts effectively, ensuring optimal staffing levels during peak hours.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
