Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated General Manager to lead our restaurant operations with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant functions, manage staff, ensure top-tier customer service, and uphold food safety standards. Your leadership will drive team performance, optimize operational efficiency, and foster a welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of restaurant management, including staffing, training, and development of team members
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures to ensure quality standards are met consistently
- Manage food service operations, including inventory control, ordering, and cost management to maximize profitability
- Supervise staff supervision and shift management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Enforce sanitation procedures and food safety regulations to maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and staff
- Implement hospitality best practices to deliver exceptional customer service experiences
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and financial transactions accurately
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage hospitality teams effectively
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures, food safety standards, and health regulations
- Experience with managing food industry operations including cost control and financial oversight
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently and handle high-pressure situations confidently
- Knowledge of POS systems and food safety management tools is preferred
