Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, quick service, and outstanding customer service.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and efficient team.
- Oversee food safety compliance, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
- Control inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor food production to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct shift management duties including supervising kitchen activities, managing customer interactions, and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams in hospitality or restaurant settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and basic math skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and inventory control practices.
- Excellent communication skills for staff training, team management, and customer service excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience with restaurant management or hospitality management is highly preferred; assistant manager experience is a plus.
