InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa – a flagship property in the United Arab Emirates.
Located on Hayat Island, just 45 minutes from Dubai, the resort offers idyllic island living along the sparkling shores of the Arabian Gulf.
This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned luxury hospitality leader to take ownership of a world-class resort, drive performance, empower a 300+ strong team, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business plan to maximize owner returns
- Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing team
- Implement strategic initiatives to elevate commercial performance
- Build strong relationships with guests, clients, government officials, and the wider community
What We’re Looking For
- Proven luxury hotel general management experience
- Strong commercial acumen and visionary leadership
- Genuine focus on team development, guest satisfaction, and owner success
- Fluency in English (additional languages preferred)
- GCC market expertise is an advantage
