POSITION OVERVIEW
Heartline Staffing is seeking a compassionate General Dentist for Genesis Family Dental in Parkville, Maryland. The General Dentist will provide patient-centered dental care while helping individuals understand their oral health, available treatment options, and recommended next steps. - Provide comprehensive general dentistry services within the dentist's education, training, licensure, and clinical scope.
- Evaluate patients' oral health and identify appropriate treatment needs.
- Develop individualized treatment recommendations based on clinical findings and patient needs.
- Educate patients regarding their oral health, diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Help patients make informed decisions regarding recommended dental treatment.
- Consistently recommend care that is in the patient's best interest.
- Communicate confidently, clearly, and compassionately with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Build patient trust through honesty, empathy, professionalism, and dependable follow-through.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, administrative staff, and other members of the practice team.
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented office culture.
- Take ownership of clinical responsibilities and the overall patient experience.
- Maintain professional standards and comply with applicable dental regulations and practice policies.
- Participate in continuing education and ongoing professional development.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from an accredited dental education program. REQUIRED
- Active Maryland dentist license or eligibility to obtain Maryland dental licensure. REQUIRED
- Ability to provide safe, ethical, and patient-centered general dentistry services. REQUIRED
