General Dentist - $200K+ | $240K+ Average | $400K+ Potential Location: Fond du Lac and Appleton, WI Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation: $200,000+ Base/Guaranteed Compensation + Incentive | $240,000+ Average Earnings | $400,000+ Potential Join an Established Dental Practice in Fond du Lac and Appleton, WI An established and growing dental practice in Fond du Lac and Appleton, Wisconsin is seeking a General Dentist to join a well-supported team and established patient base.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to focus on patient care while having the resources, administrative support, technology, and professional support needed to build a successful long-term practice.

This position is available due to an upcoming dentist retirement, providing the incoming dentist with an established patient base and the opportunity to step into an active practice.

Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available.

Compensation & Earning Potential

  • Approximately $200,000+ compensation
  • $240,000+ average annual earnings with the incentive plan
  • Experienced/high-producing dentists can earn $300,000-$400,000+
  • Incentive compensation of approximately 30%-35% based on net revenue, depending on the applicable compensation structure
  • 12-month compensation guarantee
  • Eligibility for signing and retention bonuses
  • No artificial cap on earning potential

Your earning potential can increase as you grow your patient base and expand your clinical services.

Schedule Full-Time

  • 4- or 5-day work week
  • Approximately 36+ hours per week
  • One Saturday per month
  • Saturday hours: approximately 7:00 AM-12:00 PM

Part-Time

  • Part-time scheduling available based on practice needs and candidate availability

Clinical Opportunity The practice offers comprehensive general dentistry and provides dentists with the opportunity to develop their practice according to their interests, skills, and career goals.

Responsibilities May Include

  • Comprehensive dental examinations
  • Diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Preventive dentistry
  • Restorative dentistry
  • Crowns and bridges
  • Periodontal care
  • Endodontic treatment
  • Extractions
  • Prosthodontic treatment
  • Patient education
  • Referrals when treatment falls outside the dentist's scope of practice

Dentists with additional training or interest in advanced procedures may have opportunities to expand their practice into areas such as:

  • Endodontics
  • Oral surgery
  • Dental implants
  • Other advanced general dentistry procedures

Established Patient Base This is an established practice, not a start-from-scratch opportunity. The position is being created due to an upcoming retirement, allowing the incoming dentist to benefit from an existing patient population, established workflow, and strong practice infrastructure.

Qualifications Required:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Wisconsin dental license or eligibility to obtain a Wisconsin dental license
  • Commitment to high-quality patient care
  • Strong communication and chairside skills
  • Professional and patient-focused approach
