Requirements
- Interest in game design and the gaming industry
- Proactive mindset, strong motivation to grow quickly, and a commitment to continuous learning
Nice to have:
- Participation in game jams, hackathons, personal projects, or event organization (especially without commercial experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in Game Design, Product/Project Management, QA, or related fields
