Qualified candidates should have at least eight years of experience in international, mergers and acquisitions, or federal tax planning, with a relevant bachelor’s degree and professional credentials such as CPA, EA, or JD/LLM. Skills required include extensive knowledge of tax laws, research, modeling, communication, and leadership abilities to develop client relationships and mentor staff.
