Role Overview: The position involves leading SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud R2R (Record to Report) implementations within an advisory practice.
- Responsibilities: Drive business development through opportunity identification, delivery strategy shaping, proposal creation, and client presentations of SAP S/4HANA solutions. Lead ERP tool selection, implementation planning, and oversee end-to-end delivery of R2R programs, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution. Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to design future-state R2R solutions leveraging SAP BTP, Datasphere, SAC, and AI/ML for real-time insights. Manage project financials, including pricing, forecasting, billing, and margin optimization. Promote delivery innovation with accelerators and methodology refinement. Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Uphold professionalism and integrity in all activities.
- Qualifications & Skills: Minimum ten years of experience managing large SAP programs, including at least two full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud R2R implementations, with a strong focus on risk mitigation and cross-functional coordination. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proven success in leading sales pursuits, finance process assessments, business case development, and R2R transformation roadmaps. Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, integration with enterprise systems, and experience with SAP BTP, Datasphere, and SAC. Strong leadership, client engagement, communication skills, and ability to manage global teams. Capable of driving innovation and aligning delivery with financial and regulatory goals. Ability to travel as needed.
