About the role
Join a patient‑centered inpatient care team dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care across the lifespan. As an RN – Inpatient Services , you will assess physical, psychological, and social aspects of patients from pediatric to geriatric populations, develop and update individualized care plans, and implement medical interventions. Your responsibilities include documenting nursing activities, advocating for patient dignity and confidentiality, educating patients and families, and ensuring adherence to safety, infection control, and HIPAA standards. You will serve as a resource for staff training, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling.
Qualifications
- Current, licensed Registered Nurse in Wisconsin
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
- Commitment to teamwork and patient advocacy
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
