Southern Health Partners is seeking a Full Time LPN to join our healthcare team at the Lee County Jail in Georgia. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who wants to use their clinical skills in a setting where every shift brings the chance to make a meaningful difference.

As an LPN, you will provide compassionate, patient-focused care while working alongside a dedicated correctional healthcare team.

What You'll Do

• Provide nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions
• Respond to urgent and routine medical needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow established policies, procedures, and standards of care
• Maintain a safe, secure, and professional healthcare environment

What We're Looking For

• Current LPN license in the state of Georgia
• 1 to 2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team
• Commitment to providing quality, compassionate patient care
