They are responsible for the execution of daily operations and are responsible for coaching and developing team members. Team leaders must embody Chick-fil-A Raytown’s values and help create a positive culture of growth and belonging .They are also responsible for communicating goals, expectations, brand standards and ultimately setting the tone for the team.

Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Uphold Chick-fil-A standards for quality and service
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Must have a strong sense of urgency
- Be team-oriented, dependable, with a strong work ethic and strong communication
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Demonstrate consistency and reliability
- Be adaptable and efficient Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Shift lead and/or assist shift leader
- Count drawers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
