Role: CVICU Nurse
Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical teams, perform procedures and monitor patient status, document care accurately, educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, medications, lifestyle changes, and prepare them for self-management. Manage evidence-based practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care quality, and coordinate holistic treatment plans to support recovery.
Qualifications: RN license with a Bachelor's, Associate Degree, or Diploma, and within specified timeframes, Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Experience in cardiac stepdown or ICU preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, collaborative teamwork, clinical expertise in cardiac/ICU care, and commitment to patient advocacy and quality improvement.
