NorthStar has an exciting full-time anesthesiologist opportunity at Baptist Health Floyd! Join a large, busy practice with a collaborative anesthesia team and a diverse case mix. NorthStar offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and a supportive clinical leadership team.
Compensation & Benefits
- $500K base salary
- $25K Quality Incentive + $20K Acuity Stipend (total $545K all-in)
- Cardiac anesthesiologists receive an additional $60K cardiac stipend
- 12 weeks PTO
- $90K Sign-On Bonus for up to 3-year commitment
- Full NSA benefits including 401(k) and more
