About the role
Role: The Acute Care Registered Nurse (PT) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a department combining Med/Surg, Progressive Care, and ICU patients.
Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, perform procedures, document care, administer medications, and monitor responses. Collaborate with medical providers to deliver pre- and post-operative care and advocate for patients to ensure an exceptional experience.
Qualifications: Minimum of one year RN experience, Associates Degree in Nursing (Bachelors or higher preferred), active RN licensure, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and CPI. Strong hospital experience is advantageous.
Skills: Excellent assessment, documentation, medication administration, and patient advocacy skills, with knowledge of cardiac and medical-surgical procedures and equipment.
