Job Description Responsibilities: - Engineers with strong system design fundamentals, proven 0-1 execution in seed-Series C startups, and demonstrated capability to take full ownership of feature pods. - Lead development of our web experience and internal tooling with a strong bias for 0-1 delivery, typically from a SaaS company. - Architect and implement scalable backend services in Node/Python. - Build modular, performance-first React frontends. - Design for scale, observability, and extensibility from day one. - Work cross-functionally to translate business/clinical workflows into reliable, production-grade systems. Requirements: - Skill Stack: React, Node.js/Python, GitHub, scalable systems design, Github workflows. - Experience: 5-7 years.
