Full Stack Engineer

About This Role

This role is for a Full Stack Engineer at a high-growth AI-native startup, building broad and deep features across the entire product stack. The position suits engineers who enjoy working across a wide range of technologies, comfortable switching between Python and React components. You will own features from end to end, from data model to interface, and ship at the rapid pace required by an early-stage startup.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features across Python, TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Own problems end to end, including data model, API, UI, deployment, and instrumentation
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed and craft based on immediate needs
• Partner with product, design, and the founders on scope and priorities
• Use AI tooling (Claude, Cursor, and similar) throughout your workflow to compress the cycle
• Monitor reliability, performance, and user experience as the product scales

Requirements

• Strong production experience across Python, TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Genuine full-stack range: comfortable in both backend and frontend without preferring one and tolerating the other
• Track record shipping features end to end in a startup or high-growth environment
• Fluent in modern AI engineering tools and able to use them to materially raise output
• High autonomy and the pragmatism to make the right call with incomplete information
• Happy in a 5-days in-office, high-intensity environment

• Comfort with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment tooling
