Full stack developer - (Node JS + VueJS) developer

Location : Pune, Mumbai , Bengaluru , Hyderabad, Gurugram

Note : Only apply if you have strong/ hands on experience with Vuejs and Nodejs - these are mandatory skills

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom software and database application capabilities for a variety of legacy and modernized systems with guidance from senior developers and architects.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing and new applications, leveraging LLMs, agents, and automation to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and patterns; contribute recommendations for adoption where they add measurable value.
• Participate in organizational web platform efforts such as quality assurance, upgrade survivability, and resiliency.
• Do your part in release and sprint planning, story creation, sprint testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, demonstrations, retrospectives, and solution releases.
• Ensure product quality and timeliness of work, resolving problems to meet engineering guidelines.
• Provide follow-on support for post-production release features, including on-call rotation support (approximately 1 week per quarter).
• Act as a member of a product team, supporting teammates and collaborating with a proactive attitude to ensure product and team success.
• Perform other tasks as identified by your manager to enable team success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Supply Chain.

• 35 years of experience with various technologies such as:

• Development: JavaScript/Node.js/Vue.js, Groovy/Grails, Java/Spring Boot, and Software AG webMethods

• Database Technologies: MongoDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL, PL/SQL

• Testing: Vitest, Jest, Ava, JUnit, Playwright

• Containers: OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Tanzu/Cloud Foundry

• CI/CD: GitHub, Codefresh, Jenkins

• Exposure to AI development tools and coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Claude).

• Basic understanding of AI principles including LLMs, RAG, agents, and prompt engineering.

• Exposure to integrating AI capabilities into application workflows is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI SDKs and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI SDK, LangChain) is a plus.

• Familiarity or working experience with web development using Agile methodology.

• Test-first mindset across all levels of application development, including unit, functional, end-to-end, and regression testing.

• Critical thinker with the ability to break down technical requirements.

• Strong communication skills able to communicate ideas clearly and concisely; experience with diagramming/presentation tools such as Lucid or PowerPoint.

• Result-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
