About the role

Hybrid (3x a week RTO) | Mid Shift | Mandaluyong City

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain .NET Core backend services (REST APIs, middleware, JWT/OAuth2 auth) and responsive React.js interfaces.
  • Database Management: Structure and maintain MS SQL Server database schemas, stored procedures, views, and queries.
  • Technical Architecture: Lead feature design by mapping business requirements to API contracts, data models, and front-end component structures.
  • System Integrations: Connect applications with enterprise platforms and third-party REST APIs, managing authentication, data transformation, and error handling.
  • Code Quality & SDLC: Drive engineering standards, perform code reviews, manage technical debt, and own full SDLC execution from design through production support.
  • Maintenance & Agile: Debug full-stack production issues, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 5–8 years of .NET Core and React development experience
  • Strong skills in ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and authentication
  • Proficient in React, JavaScript, and state management
  • Strong MS SQL Server/T-SQL and performance tuning skills
  • Experience with code reviews, solution design, and engineering best practices
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps/CI/CD, and Agile
  • Strong English communication skills

Preferred

  • .NET 6/7/8, SignalR, gRPC, or background services
  • Azure services experience
  • Microservices/API gateway knowledge
  • Experience with xUnit/NUnit, Jest, or React Testing Library
  • Azure DevOps CI/CD experience
  • International Agile team experience
