Required Qualifications
• 5-8 years of experience in full-stack application development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in React.js development and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience building scalable REST APIs and enterprise web applications.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and deployment automation.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, security practices, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Good-to-Have
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of Serverless Architecture using AWS Lambda.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architectures.
• AWS Certification (Developer, Solutions Architect, or equivalent).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or ELK Stack.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and OWASP standards.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, React.js, and AWS technologies.

Develop and enhance backend services, APIs, and Microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks.

Build responsive, reusable, and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, UX teams, and QA teams to deliver business requirements.

Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.

Develop secure, high-performance, and highly available applications following industry best practices.

Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party systems.

Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.

Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, production issues, and performance bottlenecks.

Contribute to CI/CD implementation, deployment automation, and DevOps initiatives.
