Full Stack Developer

We're looking for Full-Stack Developers to join our engineering team building a SaaS product. You'll work across the entire stack. building features end-to-end, writing clean APIs, crafting responsive UIs, and deploying to AWS.

Tech Stack

• Backend: Go Lang, PostgreSQL, REST APIs
• Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript, Bootstrap
• Infrastructure: AWS (S3, Lambda, EventBridge), Docker, GitHub Actions
• Monitoring: Sentry, New Relic

What You'll Do

• Build and ship features across frontend and backend
• Design and implement RESTful APIs with proper validation and error handling
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with the team
• Work with AWS services (S3, Lambda) for file storage, serverless functions, and scheduled tasks
• Debug production issues using Sentry and New Relic
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

Must Have

• Strong proficiency in Go Lang
• Hands-on experience with Next.js and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL (writing queries, schema design, migrations)
• Experience with REST API design and implementation
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows (PRs, code reviews, branching)
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to debug independently

Good to Have

• Experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, EC2, CloudWatch)
• Docker and containerized deployments
• Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
• Understanding of cron jobs and background task processing
• Experience working in a small, fast-moving team

About Us

Workwise is the AI operating system for industrial projects, tendering, estimation, procurement, vendor management, PO, GRN, and site execution on one AI-native platform. We have paying customers. Our first customer is also a strategic industry investor. We're well-capitalised with 3+ years of runway. AI agents already work inside our workflows today.

We're hiring our founding sales member, the person who turns a deeply broken industry into a pipeline of multi-year enterprise contracts. Reports directly to the CEO. Equity in the early single-digit to early double-digit percent range, depending on profile and timing.

You will be selling something genuinely new, an AI-native operating system into companies that today run ₹100–5000 crore projects on Excel and WhatsApp, and don’t need to alter their behaviour when they work with Workwise. This is not a "we're 10% cheaper than the incumbent" pitch. This is a "you have not seen anything like this before" pitch.
