Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly in both English and Spanish, creating a welcoming shopping environment.
- Demonstrate wireless products and services through engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits.
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including POS (Point of Sale) operations, cash register handling, and cash handling procedures.
- Upsell additional products, accessories, or plans to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales goals.
- Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and ensuring product availability.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments.
- Support store operations by maintaining organized merchandise displays and assisting with inventory management.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Previous retail sales experience, especially in wireless or electronics retail, is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, retail math, and cash drawer handling.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies.
- Supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for team collaboration roles.
- Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, grocery store experience, or familiarity with retail sales transactions enhances your fit for this role.
