Key Responsibilities
- Broad understanding of supply demand for customer sales orders execution portion of it till fulfillment.
- Generate reports, track shipment. Close coordination with Planning, Purchasing and Logistics.
- Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customers
- Handle global customer escalations provide effective solutions for tool downs.
- Generate reports on delayed or any misses of fulfillment take necessary action.
- Working in different time zones to support Global Customer Sales Order demands.
- Resource will be part of Fulfillment Ops team and helping with new reporting/dashboard requirements in the team along with the daily tactical.
- Participates in the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. used to drive key business decisions.
- Works within controls to ensure the accuracy, timeliness of the requested reports.
- Implements new business reports within the established reporting framework, policies and procedures. Trains and supports end users on accessing of reports.
Experience - 4 to 9 years
Functional Knowledge
- Good understanding of Operations and Supply Chain Management.
- SAP end user knowledge is essential.
- Hands on experience in advanced Excel / SQL/Tableau to develop reports and analytics.
