About This Role
The Fulfillment Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the journey of furniture from the factory to the customer, ensuring a seamless delivery experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to innovative solutions in logistics and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage the inbound and outbound processes and inventory of furniture products at the fulfillment center
- Improve the inbound and outbound logistics processes and systems
- Collaborate with contractors to enhance productivity and accuracy in operations
- Work with furniture suppliers to resolve issues related to delivery schedules and methods
- Propose, implement, and monitor safety measures in collaboration with safety managers
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and express opinions assertively and logically
- Capability to make data-driven decisions based on performance metrics
- Curiosity and problem-solving skills to define issues and logically resolve them based on data
