Fulfilling orders and distributing products from the warehouse is the core of this managerial role, which involves overseeing daily operations. The role suits an organized, proactive, and results-driven individual who can manage order processing, inventory flow, shipping coordination, and team performance to ensure accurate and timely deliveries while maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily fulfillment operations, including order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
- Manage warehouse staff schedules, productivity, and workflow efficiency
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock
- Collaborate with shipping carriers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline logistics operations
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance
- Track fulfillment metrics, shipping performance, and operational KPIs
- Resolve shipping, inventory, and order discrepancies in a timely manner
- Train, mentor, and support warehouse and fulfillment team members
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce fulfillment costs
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics management
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and shipping procedures
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
