Fulfillment Manager

About This Role

This role is for a Fulfillment Manager who will oversee the entire fulfillment process, from procurement to delivery, installation, and service. The manager will ensure smooth cooperation between internal departments and external partners, taking responsibility for demand planning and sales forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end fulfillment process (from procurement, through delivery and installation, to service), ensuring smooth cooperation between Sales, Logistics, Service departments and external partners
• Be responsible for Demand Planning and Sales Forecasting, including cooperation with the Sales department and coordination of order volumes with production
• Ensure timely planning and execution of deliveries, in accordance with sales and installation schedules, taking into account agreed lead times and available operational capacities
• Manage logistics and cooperation with 3PL operators (warehousing, inbound/outbound, transport), with attention to operational efficiency, cost control, and high quality of services
• Supervise warehouse management and stock accuracy, including coordination of inventories and audits
• Monitor order fulfillment and delivery timeliness in cooperation with production and suppliers
• Manage the returns and reverse logistics process, ensuring process compliance with organizational requirements and audit standards
• Ensure regular reporting of KPIs and preparation of forecasts, supporting operational management (including INTRASTAT)
• Be responsible for the budget and costs of the area and support month-end closing processes
• Improve Fulfillment and Supply Chain processes, including optimization of processes in the ERP system (IFS) and implementation of digitalization initiatives
• Manage and develop the Fulfillment team, building a culture of high efficiency, developing competencies, and continuously improving work methods

Requirements

• Solid experience in Fulfillment, Logistics, or Supply Chain, including a leadership role
• Experience in Demand Planning, Sales Forecasting, and inventory management
• Experience in team management and cooperation in an international environment
• Ability to make data-driven decisions based on KPIs and business analyses
• Experience in process improvement and implementation of operational and system enhancements
• Self-reliance, responsibility, and a collaborative attitude
• Very good knowledge of Polish and English
