About This Role
Fulfilling customer orders by picking and packing products is the main focus of this role, which also involves managing inventory and coordinating shipments with the Australian team. This position suits a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, international health and beauty company.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill the day's orders (picking and packing)
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Work with the latest products and designs
- Communicate with the Australian team to coordinate shipments
- Plan and manage time effectively
- Complete simple tasks and errands when needed
- Work on special projects to improve the warehouse
- Develop leadership skills
- Perform written correspondence with customers
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Ability to lift up to 49lbs
- Ability to work varying shifts (weekend shift is required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to move over, under, and around shelves and other objects
- Full use of hands and fingers to perform tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- 1+ year of experience working with computers (Office, Word, Excel)
- Excited to get things done in a fast-paced environment
- Open to learning new skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Exhibit good job performance and behavior as measured through indicators such as teamwork, attendance, quality and productivity

Important Details
- Schedule: 4 days per week (3 shifts during the week and 1 shift during the weekend), 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
