Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, complete in-store and curbside pickup orders, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and support daily store operations. This position requires excellent customer service skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following company policies and safety procedures.

The successful candidate will be flexible, reliable, and willing to perform a variety of tasks as business needs require.

Shifts vary in start/end times. Early mornings as well as late closings are needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Complete in-store and curbside pickup orders within designated timeframes.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to resolve questions and issues.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate receiving, cleaning, and other store equipment as required.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist with merchandise handling, stocking, receiving, and other store operations.
• Support team objectives by performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, professional standards, and safety regulations.

Preferred

• Previous related retail, customer service, warehouse, or store operations experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well with team members.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivelant.

Physical Requirements

• Constantly stand, walk, reach, handle merchandise, perform repetitive hand and wrist motions, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Frequently stoop, crouch, grasp, push, pull, talk, hear, and lift 21 to 40 pounds.
• Occasionally sit, climb, balance, and lift 41 to 60 pounds.
• Ability to safely perform physical tasks associated with retail and store operations.

Work Environment

This position requires working in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interaction. Responsibilities and duties may change based on business needs, and team members may be required to perform additional tasks as assigned. Attention to detail is crucial in this role.

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible; includes evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
