About This Role
Working as a Fulfillment Associate, you will ensure customers receive an experience that meets or exceeds their expectations by efficiently picking and packing orders. Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems
- Pack orders carefully to protect products during shipment and create a professional customer presentation
- Verify products, quantities, labels, and shipping information before orders leave the warehouse
- Perform labeling, box preparation, replenishment, unloading, palletizing, and general material movement
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading deliveries
- Track products and materials using inventory management systems
- Assist with cycle counts, stock counts, and inventory accuracy
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and fulfillment documentation
- Organize warehouse storage areas and maintain appropriate product placement
- Support the efficient movement of products throughout the warehouse and distribution process
- Coordinate with warehouse team members to maintain efficient order flow during periods of high volume
- Assist with carrier pickups, deliveries, and dock appointments as needed
- Operate approved warehouse equipment and material-handling equipment when properly trained and authorized
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable workplace safety requirements
- Keep workstations, packing areas, aisles, and warehouse spaces clean and organized
- Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment responsibilities based on daily operational needs
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping and receiving, or logistics experience preferred
- Experience with order picking and packing is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Comfortable performing physical warehouse duties throughout the workday
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math skills for verifying quantities and shipment information
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively in a warehouse environment
