About the role
Angular / Java Software Developer
We are seeking an experienced Angular / Java Software Developer to design, develop, test, and support modern enterprise applications in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will contribute across both front-end and back-end development using Angular, Java/Spring Boot, REST services, cloud-native platforms, databases, and automated testing frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive web applications using Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Deploy and support applications in Azure AKS and/or OpenShift using Kubernetes and Helm.
- Apply object-oriented design principles and common design patterns.
- Collaborate with UX, QA, architecture, product, and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Use Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery.
- Work with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases and SQL.
- Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using JUnit, Playwright, and related tools.
Qualifications
- Experience with Angular v17-21, JavaScript, and TypeScript, or a comparable modern front-end framework.
- Strong Java/Spring Boot and REST services experience.
- Experience with Azure AKS and/or OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Knowledge of object-oriented design, UI/UX principles, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Oracle/PostgreSQL, SQL, JUnit, and Playwright.
Work arrangement: Fully remote.
