About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Front End Developer to join our dynamic team working on Adobe Firefly. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating cutting-edge user experiences that are both innovative and user-centric. You will collaborate closely with application engineers, designers, product managers, and internal stakeholders to translate conceptual ideas into interactive prototypes and fully functional web applications. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality, responsive, and engaging interfaces that meet the needs of our creative user base. The ideal candidate will possess a meticulous approach to development, a strong bias for action, and a passion for solving complex problems independently. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, and customer empathy.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience developing interactive web applications, preferably in the creative tools domain
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven expertise in building and deploying web applications or interactive sites using React
- High proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Proficient in functional programming styles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of working independently in hybrid or remote environments
- Ability to translate design concepts into interactive prototypes and applications
Responsibilities
- Build state-of-the-art user experiences for Adobe Firefly, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility
- Collaborate closely with design teams, product management, and internal clients to transform early ideas into interactive prototypes
- Engage with customers to identify pain points, conduct A/B testing, and refine workflows for optimal usability
- Stay current with the latest development, testing, and deployment methodologies to ensure best practices
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and maintain high standards of code quality
- Implement and advocate for Test Driven Development (TDD) practices within the team
- Contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes to streamline development cycles
- Explore new technologies such as WebAssembly, WebGPU, and advanced rendering techniques to enhance user experiences
