From Nottingham and Aintree to Cheltenham and Exeter,working across different Jockey Club sites gives you the flexibility to fit work around your studies,while gaining valuable experience and meeting new people along the way.
Main Responsibilities
Based in our busy bars,your main task will be to provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will be required to prepare and serve drinks,replenish stocks,and make knowledgeable wine pairing recommendations to guests. This may include written orders,or the use of electronic till and ordering systems.
Skills / Qualifications
Knowledge in pairing wine with menu dishes is ideal,but full training is provided.
Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
