Front Desk Associate – Massage Envy Hawaii
Aina Haina & Kaneohe Opportunties | Part-Time & Full-Time
Massage Envy Hawaii is seeking a friendly, reliable, and high-energy Front Desk Associate to be the face of our clinic. This position is all about creating amazing experiences, assisting members, promoting services, and keeping the clinic running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting members and guests with a smile and good vibes
- Answering questions, educating, promoting the wellness program and services.
- Processing retail and membership sales
- Creating positive client resolutions that leave every client feeling heard, valued and cared for.
- Keeping the front desk area clean, organized, and stocked
- Making friends and creating relationships in our community
- Supporting staff and members throughout the facility
- Light custodial duties: help create an atmosphere where wellness happens, clean/freshen bathrooms, vacuum, sanitize treatment rooms and surfaces, laundry, restock retail solutions, empty trash, and work with the team to keep the clinic atomperhere calm and inviting.
