Requirements
- No age restrictions (18 years or older for night shifts)
- No specific qualifications required
- Welcome to inexperienced candidates
- Welcome to university students, vocational school students, freelancers, and middle-aged individuals
- Ability to utilize previous customer service experience
- Ability to utilize everyday English conversation skills

Important Details
- Schedule: 00:00-23:59, at least 3 days a week, 5 hours or more (negotiable)
- Shift examples: (1) 09:00-18:00 (1h break), (2) 13:00-22:00 (1h break), (3) 22:00-09:00 the next day (3h break) (night shift allowance applies from 22:00-05:00), (4) 08:00-13:00 (no break), (5) 17:00-22:00 (no break)
- Contract: approximately 6 months (may vary depending on start date), with possibility of renewal
- Probationary period: 3 months, with same salary and total working hours as full employment
- Team: no solo shifts; always work with a senior colleague
