Job Summary A healthcare services organization in Ventura County is seeking a Bilingual Front Desk Sales & Customer Service Representative to support chiropractic clinic locations in Oxnard, Ventura, and Port Hueneme. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients, manage check-ins, and support a smooth front desk experience.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, clinic flow, emails, incoming calls, and patient follow-up.
- Onboard new patients and educate them on chiropractic services, care plans, and membership options.
- Present and sell treatment plans, packages, and service options in a professional and helpful manner.
- Assist patients with billing-related questions and general service inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
Compensation And Benefits
- Pay: $22.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: 5 days per week.
- Weekend availability required.
- Must be able to travel between Oxnard, Port Hueneme, and Ventura.
- Additional coverage shifts may be available.
- Structured weekly schedule with opportunities for shift swaps and extra hours.
- Clinic hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with lunch closure from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM.
- Weekend clinic hours: Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with lunch closure from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
- 8 to 10 days of PTO annually, based on hours worked.
