Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently.
- Assist guests with their needs during their stay, including room changes, billing questions, and local recommendations.
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately and prepare reports for management review.
- Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared and facilities are in top condition.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest services, security, and safety protocols.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication.
- Experience with night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
