Who We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of Professional Experience within the Hospitality industry
- Drive for Career Progression and Motivated to Develop
- Stamp 4 Visa or an EU Passport
What You Can Expect Financially
- Uncapped commission structure – no ceiling on what you can earn
- Year 1 OTE: €45,000+
- Year 2 OTE: €75,000+
- Year 3 OTE: €100,000+ (with top performers exceeding this)
- Clear pathway to increase both base salary and commission % as you progress
- Most team members have doubled their income within 2 years
