- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining high levels of quality assurance.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in B2C sales, inside sales, or telesales.
- Strong communication skills for effective cold calling and telephone conversations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MBA Marketing principles for understanding business concepts.
