Job Description – Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer
Position: Fresh Graduate Civil Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in site supervision and daily construction activities.
- Support senior engineers in planning, design, and project execution.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare reports, site records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Perform other engineering tasks as assigned by the project manager or senior engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work on construction sites and learn new skills.
