Are you a French speaker (C1/C2) with English (B2) looking for an international career opportunity?
We are currently hiring Customer Support Advisors to join a global team in the north of Portugal !
Your Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support in French via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Deliver accurate information about products and services.
- Document customer interactions using internal systems.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting quality standards.
Requirements
- French: C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
- English: B2 level or higher
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Good computer skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
