Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the ongoing execution of transport services by ensuring the availability of the required fleet and optimizing vehicle utilization;
- Ensure high-quality customer service through effective operational cooperation with carriers and drivers;
- Resolve day-to-day customer operational issues in line with DSV quality standards;
- Participate in building and promoting a Lean culture;
- Operate Transport Management Systems (TMS);
- Identify the quality and operational needs of internal and external customers and propose innovative solutions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel;
- Ability to effectively manage time, resources, and equipment;
- Accountability for actions and results;
- Ability to respond quickly to unexpected situations;
- Ability to communicate information promptly, clearly, and effectively.
Nice to Have:
- Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field;
- Experience in the logistics industry;
- Category B driving license.
